It’s a daunting step to think about seeing a psychotherapist but it can definitely help to talk.
It could be that trauma or abuse (either in the past or happening now) is affecting your ability to function or enjoy life. You might have a mental health diagnosis, ‘problems with addiction, feel anxious, depressed or lonely, be having difficulties in relationships with others, have a sense of not being good enough or just have a vague feeling that something is wrong or missing.
You don’t have to work this out alone. Together and at your own pace, we can explore whatever is going on for you. I offer a non-judgemental space where you can feel supported and heard.
